Tessa joins the team at Elwood & Goetz with more than a decade of experience in ministry leadership, hospitality, event planning, and community engagement. She loves creating spaces where people feel welcomed and cared for. She delights in ensuring the little details are thoughtfully handled. Her organized, service-minded approach helps her anticipate needs and create experiences that feel personal and memorable.

Tessa earned her degree inElementary Education from Purdue University. Her background in education shaped her love for people, communication, and creating environments where others can thrive.

At Elwood & Goetz, Tessa brings that same heart for hospitality to her role as Client Experience Specialist. She enjoys connecting with people, supporting the team, and helping make each visit feel special. Tessa loves getting to know the person behind the financial plan. She believes the little details matter, whether that's a client's favorite coffee, a child's big milestone, or a dream trip that has been planned for years.

Outside of work, Tessa is usually found cheering on her four sons at the sports field, enjoying a good book at home, or hosting friends. She loves finding good local food, exploring all that Athens has to offer, and making memories with her family.
