Sam Bahde, AFC®

As a Senior Financial Planner, Sam leads client relationships at Elwood & Goetz, guiding individuals and families through the complexities of financial decision-making with clarity and care. Supported by E&G’s exceptional team, he oversees the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans, investment strategies, and ongoing advice tailored to each client’s unique goals.

An Accredited Financial Counselor® with experience across both the banking and investment landscapes, Sam brings deep technical knowledge and genuine passion to E&G’s fiduciary financial planning service model. His thoughtful, client-first approach and steady leadership make him a trusted partner to those he serves.

Sam earned his bachelor’s degree in financial planning from the University of Georgia, graduating with honors (cum laude) in 2020. While attending UGA, he served as a financial counselor at the ASPIRE Clinic and provided pro bono tax preparation through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. A native of Columbus, Georgia, Sam graduated as salutatorian of his high school class.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife on their farm, a variety of sports, and live music.
