Chrissie serves as the Client Experience Specialist at Elwood & Goetz, where she brings more than two decades of exceptional customer service expertise and a steadfast commitment to client care. With a warm, welcoming presence and a genuine passion for helping others, Chrissie ensures every interaction reflects the high standard of excellence our clients have come to expect.

Before joining Elwood & Goetz, Chrissie built a dynamic career across multiple relationship-driven industries. As a fitness coach, she cultivated a loyal community through personalized coaching and encouragement, empowering clients to reach their goals. She also spent six successful years as an associate insurance agent, where she honed her ability to support clients through complex decision-making with clarity and compassion. Additionally, Chrissie spent seven years in real estate, further sharpening her communication skills and deepening her commitment to service.

In her role at E&G, Chrissie plays a vital part in fostering meaningful client relationships and ensuring each client feels supported, heard, and valued. She works closely with our planning teams to deliver a seamless and engaging client experience, strengthening the trust and connection that define our firm’s approach.

Outside the office, Chrissie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children, going on long walks with their spirited four-year-old pup, and embracing an active lifestyle as a dedicated fitness enthusiast.
